I was reading online about data plans and noted that someone complained about T-Mobile but that the rate was only $19.99 so they were ok with that. I looked at my bill and I have been paying $29.99 for the exact same service.
If T-Mobile had offered a lesser plan or anything different I would have had no problem. This is the exact plan I am on and they lowered the price and kept charging me $29.99! The rep on the phone said they can't call every customer and ask if they want the cheaper plan. I said who wouldn't? Hey would you ratehr pay $29.99 for this or $19.99? Duh
Reading about some of the big dollar scams and problems out there I have to thank my stars they only got me for about $100 or so. According to the rep on the phone they lowered the price in September. I have been charged $10 over for 10 months.
Any enterprising lawyers out there want a % of a big number that these guys have defrauded from us?
T-Mobile customers go online and review your plans. It is the only way to see the information.
