I sent my IPOD to DigiExpress on 2/20. I had used repair services for IPOD before (not this company)
And assumed would receive similar treatment. I knew it just needed a new battery. Worked fine but wouldn't hold charge. On 3/3 I sent money for the new battery. A week later, phoned to check and was rudely told 'takes time'. Since that time, no answer to phone ever. It is now 3/18. My IPOD which is used intensely for my work has apparently been kidnapped. Please don't be fooled by glossy websites and false testimonies.
