I sent my ipod into to Digiexpress after talking to one of their customer service representatives that was very helpful. She said they were backed up so instead of the 3-5 days it would be exactly 7 days to get it fixed and shipped back. We decided that sounded great and sent in my ipod. After two weeks and still not hearing from them we called back. That is when we were told that although we had already paid it would be 20 more days.
It has been close to a month now and still no ipod or updates from them. When we call them we get put on hold for a long time only to hear that they have no update on my ipod when they finally answer.
If customer service really was important to them it would be nice to hear, even by email, a report on why my ipod is taking so long. It would still be extremely frustrating that they lied multiple times about how long it takes but at least then it would seem like an honest service and not a scam.
I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my ipod back.
