I sent my daughters ipod touch to have the screen replaced. It was ONLY a screen replacement. It has been 3 weeks with no response from customer service. I've called, when on hold it finally goes to voice mail, no returned call.
Whether or not the ipod gets returned to me, this company's use of testimonials is so far from the truth of their business practice.
A business in todays age doesn't need to do good work, just know how to manipulate the consumer through marketing and appearance. I will always check Google and add scam after the name of the company before doing business.
