Ripoff two guys between 20-25 sold me the amp, and 2 extra speakers for $560!

As I was driving in a red light some guy told me from his window if I was interested in a home surround system. I was cautious but parked anyways and heard him out. He told me he was on his way to Hooters in coral gables to install some speakers and they had and the warehouse guy was an idiot and placed some extra stuff in his car and he didnt want to go to hooters with the merchandise cause his boss was there and he woulda took it from them to keep for himself just like he took the "plasma tv" 6months ago. Like an idiot, I bought the story.

The box said it was worth $19,999 and he asked me how much I wanted it for. I asked him how much he'd give it to me for he said 500; I said 300 and we settled on $380. Then we had an adventure around miami with my ATM card. We went to my bank drive thru (Washington Mutual) and they had no cash, then we went to 2 different gas stations and a 7-11 but my card didn't work in any of them so I borrowed my fathers ATM card and took money out from his bank (Wachovia). I even went home to look for money before borrowing the card with these guys! Throughout the adventure the guys convinced me into buying 2 "400 watt" audiofile speakers they have with them for $90 each. I can't believe I fell for it.

But I got one of the guy's phone number. He's an idiot, he told me where he went to school and when he graduated and gave me his phone number. When I got home before installing the system I went online to see how much they were really worth and I came across this website. I immediately called him telling him I called my uncle and he told me that there has recently been a similar scam like this and he believed me and sounded scared. I was clear with him and told him i wanted my money back, he said ok and he was gonna call his friend, he sounded nervous.

After calling him two more times in which he told me his friend hadn't called him back yet, his friend calls me from a blocked phone number and tells me "Listen stop harrassing us, you got ripped off, go online and you'll see you're not the only one, you're not getting your money back, don't waste your time, make it easier on yourself and just accept the fact that you've been had"

I interrupted him and told him I was on my way to the car rental and I knew all about it from my uncle who was a "cop" and that he better come to my house with my money or I was gonna tell my uncle to go ahead and report them since I also told him I had his license plate. He got nervous for a bit but then said he couldn't give me the money so we ended the conversation.

I even recently called the first guy that gave me his number telling him it's ok I don't want my money I just want to know how the hell he pulled it off cause I want to do the same thing; he sounded hesitant and still denied knowing that he pulled a scam on me. His friend is telling me I've been had and he's denying knowing anything.

This guy sounds scared and I will probably call him back tommorow after I contact the detective in the city of miami.By the way if you're interested in his phone number contact me by using the rebuttal box below. I just want to find out were he lives so we can settle this! If any of the media gets a hold of this please contact me because i want to get these guys!

PS. This happenrd today on 1-11 exactly 6 hours ago.
