Unprofessional, rude NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

We recently had a snow/ice storm leaving everyone unable to go to work, school etc due to the conditions of the roads etc. I have never been late on a payment and have always been on time. My payment fell on one of the days when people were unable to travel. I spoke with an employee, Jeff and expressed to him that my car wasnt in good enough condition to drive in the weather and when it cleared up I would be able to come in and make a payment. He said try and find a ride to come pay it. (Who would come get me and I have my own car in the horrible weather to pay a bill?!?) I told them that it would be impossible until the weather cleared up. My mom made it in to make my payment 2 days late and they charged her late fees. But there is no grace period. I told Bill that i would deduct the extra amount that was charged to my mother and pay the difference on my next bill. After we ended our conversation Bill called right back and told me he wouldnt accept my next payment to enjoy my merchandise until my next payment and that if i didnt return my merchandise he would press charges on me and then hung up in my face. This is a very unprofessional business and something needs to be done about them!!
