My phone would not hold a charge, took it to Cellular south, gave me another charger. Still didn't work. I found out it was the place you plug into phone to charge. Called the company said my warranty ran out in Nov. My daughter and grandson had the same problem with their Samsung, and ending up having to buy a new phone. Cellular South said sorry, now I have to buy a new phone and add on to my contract for another two years. I am an old women and can't afford one.
