This company can"t repair within reasonable time and cost. Five days until car returned to me

My car was held for 5 days while they experimented, which caused my bill to go from original quote of 377.00 to actual cost of 688.00. A letter was sent to home office in Philadelphia, with no response. Car sat for the holiday and car sat another day due to the mechanic's day off!!!
