I rented two phones for a trip to Norway. The day before I left, I noticed that one of the chargers to charge the phone was broken. I called Cellular Abroad. They asked if I was traveling together with the other person and if so, we could both use the same charger. They offered to waive the rental fee for the second phone. Since I wasn't, I asked them to overnight another charger. While they did do what I asked, due to weather, the package got delayed. They told me that I should purchase one in Norway and they would reimburse me. I did - $30 by the way for the charger - rip off prices but that is not Cellular Abroad's fault. As promised, they credited me back the $30.
During the entire time, these guys really went out of their way to take care of the problem.By the way, the phones worked with no problem and the coverage was better than I expected, even in some of the Fjords.
