This started on Thursday, December 23rd 2010. I have all of the email and chat text that supposely Julia Yang has sent me. I asked her repeatly along with my sister in law (whom by the way decided to order from her at the same time &same item), about the price and when it would be sent and if it would be here for Christmas because it was for my daughter. Julia stated how much it would be and also when it would arrive. About 3-5 days later. I try to see if she received the payment and what was the tracking number. She was very convincing that we would have it by Friday, January 1st 2011. She said she would have the tracking number to us on Monday. I stated ok. Well i try all day Monday, dec. 27th until she hit me back on the yahoo chat and stated that it was detain by customs. She gave me a china number which i show is the same d*n number that is on her website. So i went back and forth with her about that and then she sign off left me hanging.
Then in the morning i chat with her again or whomever does her chatting and she stated i would have to pay the taxes first and then i could get my order with in 3 to 5 days. Well as i been doing alot of researching, and alot of people have been scam from this same company. I will get my money back one way or the other. Otisha
