Ordered Garmin GTU10 1/2. Seven days I used their chat function to inquire. Rep. Stated no tracking number available and they would email the tracking number within 48 hours. Two days later I called Customer service. The Rep. Said the item had shipped on 1/3 but no tracking number. Two chat sessions two emails that have not been returned and calls to customer service are put on hold and never picked back up. They refuse to cancel the order.
