In May I bought stereo glasses to be used with an Ipod. I paid via PayPal. It took awhile, but they arrived. However they did not power up. I sent numerous emails to Zetronix and finally heard back from "Edward". He said my previous emails had been going to his "spam" folder. I told him the glasses did not work. He said he was sorry and told meto send them back. It cost me $10.00 but I shipped them and have confirmation that they were received. Somtime later I recieved an automated email saying the new ones had been shipped via the Postal Service with a confirmation number. I work for the Post Office and I knew the number was phony and the package was never entered into the mail stream. Needless to say the package never arrived. After numerous attempts to contact Zetronix via email, "Edward" finally replied and said he would check into it. That was six months ago and I have heard nothing from Zetronix and they have not responded to any of my e-mails.
WARNING-I paid for this via PayPal because I have always believed PayPal reimbursed customers in situations like this. THEY DON'T! They only pay if you ordered thru E-Bay not with normal venders.
