I ordered the HDz Vehicle Camera in Jan. I loved it until it no longer recorded. Sent camera back to Zetronix. After a couple of weeks I received a replacement. Camera worked for less than a month and I smelled burning wires and it came from the camera. Emailed Edward Shklavsky and he told me to return camera and dc cord back to company for a replacement. It is now Oct and still no replacement. I have emailed Ed every month at least 3 to 4x a month with no response. I know Ed is receiving my email since I get a read receipt back. All I wanted is a product that works and that Zetronix honor their warranty. I even noticed that Zetronix updated their website. It seems Zetronix is a one person business owned by Edward Shklavsky since he is the only person you can contact either via email, phone, or chat... Oh they no longer have a chat in their new website. I wonder why... Dont let the woman figure in the website fool you... Its just Ed.
