A set of 3D glasses was ordered and promptly arrived. However, they are not what we needed, and we have been trying for 5 days to raise anyone, in any way, to get a return number (RMA) and ship this thing back. We do not want to be in the position to have to pay extra because they are not responsive, and in fact will consider going to the government to turn these people in... This is poor commerce and lack of customer service tells me to say NEVER use this company!
