First of all I am not a competitor in electronics, only a tuck driver in need of a good mobile camera. Purchased a Z1080P GPS Auto Black Box from Zetronix June02, as of Nov. 2012 I had retuned 5 cameras back to Zetronix under warrenty. The 5th camera I contacted ED SHKLOVSKY area manager via email, on Nov. 20 we came to an agreement, he would send me a refund or ZSport-HD camera, foolish me I chose the sport camera instead of the refund. This is now Feb16 no replacement camera has arrived, ED contiues to refer back to OCT. 04 before ED and I where ever in contact about the problem, as the date the sport camera was sent out to me via tracking number, as I have tried to explain to him that this is the tracking number for the 5th and last camera Zetronix had sent to me, not the zsport replacement camera. ED will not answer phone calls or emails from me. So now I have on camera and money was not refunded.
