I bought two items for my brother in thr military to send as a christmas gift after purchasing the items i found out that he also ordered these items. I contacted zetronix to cancel the order but they said the item had already been sent. They advertize a 30 day garanty. I contacted zetronix to find out what i need to do. They sent me a PDF with instructions and a RA#. I followed the instructions and sent the items back 0n 11/5. Usps delivered the item 11/8 thru 11/20 after no response USPS sent the item back to me. I am still getting the run around from zetronix and i am out $600.00
