Reward zone ripoff you get no reward, false claims never received certificates

I made a major purchase on 08/30/03 under the assumption that I would be receiving gift certificates based off a certain percentage of the purchase. I was supposed to receive $140 in certificates, but have yet to receive them. They say you will receive them in 6-8 weeks. I have made about 10 calls to their "customer service" and all they tell is they are in the mail and wait until next week. I have also sent several emails, to which I get the same response.
