We recently built our first new home and in doing so I bought a gift for my husband. I bought him a two and a half thousand dollar entertainment system by the time I walked out the door. It is something that he has always wanted and in building the house on his own I knew he deserved it.in doing so I was heavily pressure to purchase all of the extras.including the extended warranties totalling five hundred dollars and a monster power surge protector, I told the salesman repeatidly that I did not want them and he would not let up. Finally after an hour or so I gave in. Figuring later I could return. I gave the gift to my husband and the television tech said that some of the extras where really not needed. I throughly checked my reciept and read that as a gift the time table to return was longer.
Well I have been battling on returning the extras with a very rude manager name Bill J. And rude customer service representatives. I have a reciept and am in the time frame and they still tell me with extreme rude mannerism there is nothing that they can do. So here I am stuck with three hundred dollars of misc. That we do not even need not inculding their rip off warranties.
