No delivery, no answer to email asking when to expect the orde

Positioned my purchase nearly 30 days before. Nothing shipped, no response to emails sent more than 1 months period asking where the purchase was. I ultimately questioned the Paypal fee therefore today I reach delay many weeks to obtain my money-back and discover another spot to purchase.
