I entered in to the Emerald Passport company in January under Representative Ed Bounds from School Station, TX. I turned a Phase-1 supplier in my own next week.in April of Mr. Bounds advised me this 1 of my Phase-1 qualifying sales agents was upgrading to buy a Stage 2 solution of course if I bought one additionally subsequently I'd become Stage 2 qualified. I bought the Stage 2 solution however the additional participant didn't. Based on the contract, Mr. Bounds experienced 10 business days to put my Stage 2 purchase. He didn't spot the purchase for the reason that ten-day time. I approached him and questioned why he'd not positioned the purchase, he stated he might delay till he'd more purchases to put and then spot my order then. Months passed as well as in May, after trading over $8k available, I chose to move ahead. I questioned Mr. Bounds to get a reimbursement on my Stage 2 purchase because he nevertheless hadn't positioned it. Mr. Bounds declined to return my ticket purchase. I subsequently questioned Mr. Bounds to reimbursement 50% of my ticket purchase and he'd maintain half and never spot the purchase. Mr. Bounds decided to this and mentioned he'd be delivering me a look for 1 / 2 of the total amount. Mr. Bounds never delivered the reimbursement. I approached him numerous occasions concerning the reimbursement. Today EPI has gone out of company and Mr. Bounds is declaring he put my purchase and not decided to a-50% reimbursement. He's confronted me with lawsuits and statements that my problem is by using EPI not providing my purchase. He stated this AFTER EPI went of company.
