World Caravan Crook - On 11/17/09 I put and purchase at world-caravan.com to get a handful of stone t shirts to get as Holiday presents. Because it appeared to be getting a unique period of time, I created numerous telephone calls and emails to discover the standing of my purchase, but never got an answer. After I submitted a study with paypal the vendor replied...'all orders positioned on that evening were all messed up'. He apologized and provided me free delivery but never returned my shipping charges. Therefore, six months following the purchase was positioned, and on December 27, I received a bundle. Among the products went extraordinarily large, however the different wasn't what I Would requested. I would requested at-top and got a sweatshirt. I attempted to get hold of the vendor, again without any chance. I subsequently packed the things and delivered them Priority Mail with monitoring. He got them 3 nights later, but wont react and wont send my reimbursement. I am out $37 for that 2 products in addition to about $15 for shipping both methods. He is not answered to my demands to get a reimbursement so that as the initial purchase required such a long time, it is too late to obtain something completed with paypal. Rip off site... Do not spend your cash when I did!
