I purchased 2 magic jacks and they are not working now. Tried to activate them, Lost the address to send them back, went to the website and was unable to get a phone number, any phone number I did get was automated for buyers
I tried teq suport and didnt understand how to fix my problem, They refused to give me a phone number so I can call someone, I explained that typing is very painful due to my disaBLilty and talking on the phone would be easier., at first I didnt want to return it, i just watned to solve the problem, I just remember how happy they were when I purcashed it and they took my money,

Finally I was able to get an address, not even sure if its real I highly recomend not purchasing this product if they dont care about paying customer OCTOBER 21
