I just wanted everybody to know tha E Tech Warehouse is under investigation by the Attorney General for, and I quote "not delivering products ordered, and not providing timely refund." I too have not recieved my product, but I have been in contact with a person at the Attorney General's office.
Apparently E Tech Warehouse has had "financial trouble" and their bank basically dropped them. Now they're probably going to file Bankruptcy and walk away from all of it. The gentleman that I've been in contact with is Larry Schuchman at the Orlando Economic Crimes Division.
He said that they are meeting with ETW officials and their lawyers on the 19th of November to discuss a course of action. I was told that on the 21 or 22 I would be told what to look for, or what not to. I personally am outraged at what has happened and would like some sort of apology at the least from this company.
I'm also contemplating taking group legal action against the owners as well. Sorry to break this news to you guys.
