Horrible Verizon In store customer service

I changed to Verizon over 2 yrs before from AT&TI noticed it'd exceptional tech support team and support. Our Lg Env Contact continuously spins off; it'd been already changed. I visited the Verizon Wireless on LaCieniga. I changed this telephone just before my visit, which didn't repair the problem. The 2nd alternative was a restored device and didn't work very well. They recommended changing the battery however it wasn't in-stock so that they delivered me towards the Verizon at 1503 Vine St Los Angeles 90028. There, I closed in and waited for my change, Although taking a look at telephones I began communicating with a person who had been attempting to substitute a phone, I stated that the Motorola Droid was an excellent phone. I was then rudely disturbed from the supervisor who passed the name of "IfeanyI", I am unsure he offered me his actual title, he was an Africanamerican guy about 5"8. He explained “if you receive her to purchase it I'll provide you with a $20 discount. I dismissed him and waited my change, "IfeanyI observed I had been no further speaking with the client and also to missed my turn. After waiting an hour or so my title was named, I spoke t / a consultant about my LG EnV Contact and presented my problem to her declaring this is my next alternative using the same issue. She named the supervisor, he explained I ‘options’, I really could purchase a new telephone, or since my phone was ‘damaged’ I'd need to utilize insurance to obtain the issue set. I'd only visited the very first Verizon shop each day before they stated it'd no harm and explained numerous clients complain about that same issue. He talked in my experience in an exceedingly arrogant approach. I subsequently questioned him about changing the telephone, for I realized I'd an update - but he explained I'd to pay for top dollar - without explaining why. Throughout our whole discussion he was excessively rude and condescending, and so I advised him of his unprofessionalism. With he explained to "abandon the store” embarrassing me before another clients and endangered to “put it within the program that I had been started out” it was undoubtedly the toughest customer support I've actually encounter. I'd like some motion to become taken up to avoid additional clients from needing to undergo this encounter.
