Your main air device began creating a horrrible sound the Friday prior to the Memorial Day weekend. I named Shipley (out-of York PA) because we'd work completed by them before and that I was happy using their support. These were ready to obtain a technology out that night and he identified the fan engine had died. He explained he'd need to do some study to determine when they had a brand new engine or if he'd need to purchase. I also requested him to obtain me some costs on the new device (since mine was 13 yrs old). He guaranteed to contact me back Friday morning. After not reading something by middle-day (and worrying about obtaining the device fixed prior to the warm vacation weekend), I named the specialist and quit a note seeking a phone.By lunchtime, I'd not noticed something and so I named a third-time. Long story short, he never called me back. I wound up removing of function and calling around to many businesses till I came across Scott at AC&H Providers in Carlisle. Because of him, we could obtain the air conditioner operating from the weekend. I never did notice back from Shipley, that's till I acquired their $181.90 bill within the email. I have named Shipley twice to go over the statement and each time was informed I'd need to talk to a (who had been unavailable at that time) and guaranteed a call-back, which never occurred. I also posted a contact through their website on June 21 but still nothing. I am really unhappy that Shipleyis support has rejected so significantly because I last employed them.
