Extended warranty "exceptional service"

I bought a 42" plasma 1080p Eyefi tv only a little over this past year... Plus a 3-year in house warranty/support plan. It performed marvelously during this period. Stunning image. But last weekend it just died. I am betting the energy source went... No energy lighting. I tried various power wires, various shops. Nothing.

I named Sam's Membership to create utilization of the warranty ("how can I provide you with exceptional support?"), was informed I Would obtain a phone Friday or Wednesday to set up in house support. They looked up my documents and stated I'd an TELEVISION. I fixed them, informing them it had been a plasma Television. They requested for that design range and that I offered it for them.

After 5 pm Tuesday, having noticed nothing, I named again ("how can I offer exemplary support?"). I had been advised I had been provided incorrect info on my first phone, the support division has 72 hrs to call back, and was informed to call back easily have not noticed from their store by Thursday night. There is no try to assist me, simply guidance to call-back all over again easily did not obtain a phone the next day than I had been initially informed.

You got it. Thursday 5pm rolled around with no contact from Mike's Membership support. I called a third-time. ("How can I offer exemplary support?). I work it down again. I am told they are having difficulty getting a support company in my own region to deal with the fix of an TELEVISION. Why did not they inform me the evening before after I named? I really could have established them directly then... When I did the prior weekend... That I've a plasma Television, not really a TELEVISION. Since they understand I've a plasma, no LCD, they will need to begin over-looking to get a regional support specialist... Begin that 72-hour time again. I ask why start over after I clearly advised them last weekend that it had been a plasma. They apologized but stated they'd contact me when they discovered somebody.

Thursday, no contact.

Friday, no contact. And so I call Friday night. (How can I offer exemplary support?") I describe. Theyare sorry no body named but they've situated an area service-center, they provide me the title and telephone number, but recommend me that theyare shut this overdue on Friday and therefore are NOT AVAILABLE on Saturday and Saturday. I am encouraged to contact the neighborhood service-center on Friday, greater than a week after I first documented the issue. And that I need to contact them, they do not need to contact me? And that is without doubt to setup a scheduled appointment for actually later within the week. Never mind that I am touring on company in a few days and never house to allow them in. Therefore it'll be 2-3 months before they offer that exemplary support that I settled a couple of hundred bucks for that warranty/support agreement.

You know what I believe about Sam's Club's "excellent service"? Fake repeated state without any material, not really a great faith try to create great after producing recurring errors and problems. No surprise Costco outperforms Mike's Membership in only about every study available. No surprise Walmart Co. Is struggling a picture issue.

Excellent story within the document this week about how exactly Walmart Co. Keeps growing its revenue of technology and flat-screen tvs, however, you may guess I Will do my buying at Bestbuy and Signal City to any extent further (there is no Costco below).

I suppose simply because they truly are large, large actually, they may hit off customer support.
