First JAMIE took the lumber cutting note my husband had given me and produced perfect shelves, even guiding me to a cheaper piece of wood which would serve my purpose. Next, FRANK at the pro desk ingeniously solved my birdhouse problem (a squirrel gnawed the entry too large) by tin-snipping a solution that's perfect.
