On Wednesday, March 3, I went to the Home Depot on Pickett Road in Fairfax City, and the customer service was awful. None of the departments I needed had anyone working in them. When I finally found someone, that person did not understand what I was asking for. The only thing I needed was a plug-in electric light for an outside bulb, which I ended up buying at Lowe's the following day.
