Refrigerator Arrived Damaged and Store Offered Only a Return

I purchased a refrigerator at Home Depot. When I plugged it in at home, it was damaged. I tried to solve this matter with Home Depot customer service, but they did not give me any choice other than to bring it back to the store myself to see what they could do.
