Purchased performance contract for DLP television for $400 for three years. JVC TV picture gets very dim after running for a year and requires a bulb replacement. Best Buy replaced one bulb ($150) as part of the original contract but will not replace it again, stating that only one bulb is included in contract. This was never outlined when performance contact was sold. I'm half way through the contract period and my TV bulb is out. Even though I have a valid contract they expect me to purchase a $150 bulb. This is a rip-off. Why would I prepay $400 to get a single $150 bulb? A performance contract is supposed to keep the TV running.
