TMobile representative sold me handset insurance under the pretense that cell phone would be replaced for FREE no matter what damage it incurred. When I had to use the insurance, I discovered a $130 deductable. I NEVER would have bought the insurance if there was such a large deductable! This should have been explained to be at the time of sale! I called TMobile and spoke with three supervisors who refused to take responsibility for their representatives actions, refused to pull the recorded phone call, or make ANY adjustment on my bill. Finally one supervisor gave me a $50 credit which doesn't come close to $130 plus an entire year's worth of monthly insurance fees for a product I thought I was paying for but was not receiving. I'm sure the associate received a commission for the sale and said whatever neccessary to get me to buy. This is unacceptable and TMobile is honor bound to stand by their employee's words.
