I bought a phone around a month and a half ago from the tmobile store on beverly and detroit. My phone started peeling off on the button pad, the store refused to take it back since it was over a month old. Tmobile customer care refused to take it back since I didn't have phone insurance (which wasn't offered at the time of purchase, they said everything was covered under warranty). They told me I had to pay $100 for a physical damage with the phone (no other phones my family has had have peeled off like this). They also can't offer me insurance NOW since it's 14 days past the purchase date. So I'm screwed.
In conclusion: Tmobile doesn't stand behind their phones and offers poor customer care with poor supervisors who don't care how many hundreds of dollars a month you spend with them, the customer is always wrong.
