I returned a GPS system to Buy.com in 2008. Unfortunately I lost the tracking data when my old computer "died." In January my wife found a copy of the shipping document on her laptop.
I contacted Buy.com with the receipt and was told that it would take about 6-8 weeks for a refund. I contacted them 10 days ago and was told that "Glen" would contact the finance office to determine why my refund had not been sent yet. LAST TIME I HEARD FROM GLEN dispite several emails to him requesting a response.
Now, understand that I returned a Garmin GPS to them two years ago. They (BUY.com) failed to honor my request for a refund and now that I've reopened the issue with them, have failed to honor it once more.
I shall not use this site nor this company again. I hope you won't either!
