Een trying to get circuit city to help with the extended warranty on our 36" hdtv that we bought from them. We have made a call every night and spent nearly 3 hours or more on the phone everynight trying to get some one to send a sony authorized service man to repair tv but with not avail.
They just keep jerking us around and not doing anything to help. Go someplace else or buy a product where you will have a qualified service man in your area.
