Our issue began using the organization about 3 months before. I've had support with straighttalk since nov or 09... 3 months before my Mobile Phone Was stop 3 times before I had been up for refill. I later discovered that it had been just because a support representative had accidentally keyed within the incorrect sequential number hence joined quarry for another client in illinois that had requested an upgraded cellphone. He got his alternative telephone plus they triggered it with my telephone number. Since that time they set his problem that-but subsequently verizon (that will be the Organization they rent the telephone Quantity through) stopped my telephone number that was Our company line. Therefore today all Our bussiness cards aren't any longer legitimate which hosed me for 250 dollars in businesscard repo. They a week ago stated they'd provide me a brand new quantity I thought I Would reduce my failures. Therefore last friday february 5th I obtain a phone from the customer support representative having said that they'd solved the problem and that I might have my previous telephone number in 24 business hours from mon. It is wednesday today and that I did not receive a phone and so I named them I attempted to get hold of the exact same repetition. So that as I've experienced previously they don't solution... As well as the different representative informs me my telephone number isn't any longer legitimate and that I can't have it back. I've quit a voice-mail for that repetition and today I'm still waiting. When I am an singer and was An Individual helper, I dropped My Own Assistant Career as a result of this and so I have dropped much more cash actually a large number of bucks and Significantly damaged Our reliability because of incompetance of the client support representatives... Do not get me Wrong a number of them Have attempted to solved the problem however it appears they've not adopted through using what they Promise. I'm Really Ashamed using the support at this time after I wasn't the one which triggered this problem and that I am spending money on it daily...
