I named your Customer Support Division today (5/10) at 11:00am. I talked to some customer support consultant (didn't get his title, but he was greatly accented) to revise my charge card info and also to buy fresh airtime for my telephone (present support ended at nighttime on 5/10/10). I invested a large amount of time-on the telephone with this specific customer support representative (23 units) while he was allegedly upgrading my charge card info and helping me with logging-in to my online bill. Since I have had 12 hrs left of my present airtime, he recommended that I wait till roughly 11:00pm, then record into my consideration at Straighttalk, and go to buy the new airtime, so there could be no disruption of support; and so I might make use of the outstanding time-on my prior service card. Upon signing into my consideration, I came across the client service representative hadn't updated my charge card info, and by that point the Client Service Division had shut (he likewise didn't note they shut at 10pm) and that I was not able to buy airtime, therefore leading to the disruption of my phone support. He described when there is something disruption, that there is no promise that I'd keep my existing telephone number.
