Support worked great for precisely 2 weeks - then "no support' nowadays.invested 45 minutes on home telephone with "tech-support' - exactly what a laugh. He tried going thru his software of choices to no avail. Could not obtain the telephone to function. I stated "appears like a satelite issue or cell-tower problem", telephone works good apart from "no support". He cannot fix, his boss can not fix. Provides me an incident # and informs me to call-back tomorrow to keep in touch with another division that has the "resources to repair" what he cannot fix today. "Number there is noone because division on Sundays." Therefore, I suppose I'm going to be returning towards the normal more costly but reliable support of the normal mobile phone agreement having a nationwide supplier since Straighttalk HURTS!
