I started having issues using the fridge remaining chilly. I named A& ELIZABETH requesting when they fixed my kind of fridge. They responded "Yes". I'd my first support phone on 11/2/09 and to date, 2/1/10, my freezer still does not stay cold and I have paid A & E close to $400 and have had about 8 or 9 service calls for the same problem and 5-6 different technicians (I use that term loosely) have not been able to correctly diagnose/fix the problem and they will only refund $180 of the close to $400 I have paid them for a repair that STthat ILL hasn't happened. How will you escape with receiving people to get a support, not supplying that service and maintaining the cash as if you DID.
