Terrible customer service

I purchased a SAMSUNG Fridge from Bestbuy in 2004 having a 5 year guarantee. 4 1/2 decades later the fridge wouldn't awesome. I named Bestbuy plus they stated they'd need to get a specialist out to check out it. The specialist fundamentally named me and stated they don't repair samsung appliances and also to contact Bestbuy to plan another company. I named Bestbuy again which period they got something supplier that "repairs" samsung appliances. At this time we've been having a fridge for 7 days. The specialist arrives and claims we require a component to repair the refrigerator and he'd need to purchase it. He mentioned he'd contact when it arrived in... Used to donot get a phone and so I named the company on the thursday and was informed the component arrived within this day and somebody could be out tomorrow (thursday). They never arrived. I called back on friday and was informed the component simply arrived in and due to the vacation (Memorial Day) they'd be on wednesday. They never arrived. I called back on friday and was informed the component arrived in on wednesday plus they could be out tomorrow (friday). At this time we've been with no refrigerator for just two months. He arrived this time around and proceeded to repair the refrigerator. Once total he explained it had been mounted and questioned me to place my submit the refrigerator to have the great air coming. He quit. Half an hour later his workplace calls and stated the techinician set the refrigerator but he discovered another problem they want to repair before my guarantee ends. It is something which might venture out in six months so lets repair it today. I decided. Half an hour later my refrigerator doesn't function again and so I contact the service-center plus they inform me they'll deliver exactly the same specialist available. Half an hour next they contact me back and inform me the specialist stated my refrigerator wants 3 components to be able to be set and they'll not maintain till June 5th. I contact BESTBUY and that I am informed that they can place in an upgraded demand to be able to change the refrigerator. I'm also informed this demand requires 3-5 times which coincidently is likely to be about June 5th. BESTBUY has horrible customer service and also the service facilities they employ has a whole lot worse customer support. I'm still with no refrigerator.
