I have basic cable through Telnet. I pay almost 40.00 a month for crap anyway, and they can't seem to keep it on. It wouldn't be so bad that the cable goes out, but, they do not have a repair number either. Once they leave the office at 5pm, there is no contacting them.in the last week, my cable has been out 4 of the 7 days. I would really like to know what the problem is!
