Lousy service — very difficult web site

Having exhausted all avenues to get online help, sign in or even view my bill I can only hope to move out of this stinking region that they control. Being in communication one would like to think that would be a priority with them, obviously not. The many things that come to mind about the service they lack to provide would not pass the print code.
