UNITEDNETONLINE.com 3 Weeks later, credit card charged but no item in sight

I placed an order on 12/23... Was charged shortly thereafter and have since tried finding out where my ipod dock is. I sent them numerous emails and now that I found the phone number (which is a cell!!???) left a very angry message. I will contact my c.C.Co. Now to cancel that transaction and will file a complaint with the BBB.
