Valu-Pass took $99.00 off my debit card for a service I did not sign up for. I called and told I had no idea what their service is and that I have never been to their website. I was then told that because it was pass the trial date that I could not get a refund. Mind you I repeatedly told them I didn't sign up for a trial and the email address the the subscription was to does not belong to me I was still told that there was nothing I could do about losing $99.00.
