Not sure if this thief and liar is still breeding and selling cats, this happened quite a few years ago, when I was young and naive... But I think she has a daughter who's currently a breeder. I sent Joann Peek a $50 deposit for a chocolate point "Ragdoll" kitten. I waited for 3 litters, then gave up, and requested my deposit back. She gave me one sob story after another, i.E., she had an eye infection, her mother needed surgery, etc, etc, etc. Finally after many costly long-distance calls insisting on her refunding my money, she apparently decided to give up the lies, and just said "You live out of state, it will cost you a lot of money to sue me; besides, you sent me cash, how are you gonna prove I took your money?" Beware of this unethical sleazy piece of trash.
