I had bought a pioneer bt900 and the bluetooth did not work, so i sent it back in hopes of getting another one in exchange.instead they told me they dont want my bussiness and that they were going to refund me only 70% of $555.08.
They are not giving me any options they are making my decision for me then keeping my money. I end up empty handed and they have my money and unit. Their policy states I have 30 days from purchase date to return for exchange or store credit. They have no phone number, no way to contact, and the guy that called me back from a private # told me im f&cked.
