Here is the truth, I bought a fake capacitor (Lanzar600 is not a 60 farad! Beware) from this wanna-bee-Big shop "Googolshop". They sent me a used/returned item, it has intermittent problem, they offered me no replacement, no refund, no apology, no customer's satisfaction other then trying to silence me with their policy after the FACT. Their dark side is shown on their website "No refund, 30% restocking fee, no refund, all sales are final, etc.." you name it, this is another sample of their dishonesty:

Return can be made within 7 days of receiving date only and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Item must be Brand New to be returned, must be unopened, sealed in original packaging with all the accessories! I received a broke / fake capacitor, and contacted them for refund in 3 days and they still don't honor my request. Is it wrong if I call them BIG LIAR? They promised RMA (wow it sounds like a huge corporation! Probably a few people operating business in an apartment #514) then delayed a few days, to make me fail in getting my refund or what?
Googolshop wanted you to believe they are big! I thought they are big, but someone else told me they are tiny! I can't believe how can AMAZON fall for this Googolshop? This will tie to AMAZON, we need to stop AMAZON from doing business with the robbers like Googolshop.
Not only they shipped me a used/returned item, this used item has intermittent problem.instead of taking care of customer, they sent you an excuse to take your money and run. Then no attempt to apologize other than try to deny wrong doing. What do you call this type of Business if it's not a Rip-off?"No refund, 30% restocking fee, or 15% restocking" after the FACT.
Don't you think Googolshop's Rip-off policy ought to be shown to customers before they make the purchase? They are snicky aren't they? Showing policy after customer found something wrong with their product.
This is not only illegal, what happens to Customer Protection Laws? These American Nigerians think they can get away with robbery. I will see what Attorney General has to say about this.
If they are really honest, they shouldn't be copying Google's name. They are not being themselves.

Lanzar600 = Is not a 60 farad capacitor, if it's operational it should be about 10.5 farad max. If it's intermittent, then it's less than 1 farad. Sooner or later someone will know the truth. Do not lie, the law of physics does not lie. Do not believe in any salesmen even when they use the name of GOD like Googolshop did, stay away from these people above.
