I would like to report VTech Canada. On October I purchase a cordless phone set (2 phones) from walmart here in courtenay. When I got the units home, one of the handsets stopped working. I phoned the technical support line for this company and was given support for this phone, the customer service rep then told me that there was a problem with there database and gave me a case number. He told me that they would be calling me back as soon as the problem is resolved. I have waited more then a month for them to call back and then finally today I called them back. The next rep told me that I would have to send there phone back, at my own cost and also that I would have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement. I told him that it would be much faster and more convient to return the phone to walmart where I bought them. I have found this service to a total inconvenice and a waste of my time...
I would like to express to others not to waste there time with VTech products! I have reported this company to BBB Canada.
