I purchased the wrong item for my son for Christmas and was given the run around for weeks regarding exchanging then finally returning and getting a refund for this item. Their responses did not address my inquiries via email and there was no phone number to call for assistance - this should have been my red flag prior to making a purchase with VSmile. The item I purchased has a contact phone number and website to Vtech. When I called Vtech they stated that they could not assist me because VSmile is not associated with Vtech. I will be persuing further action mainly for the principle of the matter but additionally because my son was very disappointed that I was not able to exchange his anticipated Christmas present.
