I purchased two V tech phones in January and they have been going crazy since February. I can't talk on the phone for 10 minutes before the phone cuts off. I called the number in the book and talked to a vtech representative and he gave me a tracking number to receive new phones. The catch is I have to ship the phones back at my expense. I think this is very unfair, I think they should send a company (ups or someone) to pick the phones up.
I already paid for the phones once, so why should I have to pay to send them back.
I usually buy a Uniden phone and I have no problem and was able to use the same phone from 1995 to 2006. Now that's a good phone. I don't know yet how I am going to solve this problem, but I know that I will never buy Vtech phones again.
