Did not Refund my account after I cancelled the order

I ordered a pair of speakers on nov. 16 and its dec. 01 i cancelled my order and i have not received a refund. This is the first time this has ever happen to me but hopefully the last. I will not give up until something is done about this company and there practices. I want stop till i go to the attorney general office. Its christmas time and i need my money.
